Greg is awesome! He came out to service our thankless water heater (which hadn't been serviced in 11 years) and did a great job. He really put in a lot of effort to minimize any mess that it involved and was very personable during the job. His communication is also very clear.

We bought a house that had a broken hose bib! Greg came out the same day and fixed it. He took the time to show me the location of our water shutoff and made sure it hadn’t been leaking inside the wall. I love the app and texting that kept me aware of their timing too. Highly recommend
