Short version: we use what you send us to schedule and do your plumbing work, and nothing else.
What we collect
When you call, text, email or submit the request form, we receive the details you provide: name, phone number, email address, service address and a description of the plumbing issue. We may also keep photos you send us of the problem and photos we take on the job for documentation and warranty purposes.
How we use it
To contact you about your request, schedule and perform the work, send quotes and invoices, honor warranties, and follow up afterward. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, scheduling, invoicing or payment processing) and only as needed to do so.
Text messages
If you text us or ask us to text you, we will use that number for appointment confirmations, arrival notices and job updates. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
Website analytics and cookies
This site is a static website. It may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful. It does not use advertising trackers. Your browser may store small preferences locally.
